It’s no secret that women are underrepresented in VC and sometimes struggle to have their voices heard in negotiations. Confidence is key to commanding respect.

Lowenstein’s Women in VC series, led by Meredith Beuchaw, Laura Cicirelli, Alyssa Frederick, Leia Galasso, Chandra Shih and Sara Werner provides educational and interactive programs for women in the VC community. Topics include equity compensation in venture-backed companies, understanding portfolio company exits, negotiating venture financing term sheets, and employment law basics.
