Lowenstein’s Women in VC series, led by Meredith Beuchaw, Alyssa Frederick, Leia Galasso and Chandra Shih, provides educational and interactive programs for women in the VC community. Topics include equity compensation in venture-backed companies, understanding portfolio company exits, negotiating venture financing term sheets, and employment law basics.
