Laura is a trusted legal and strategic advisor to startups, venture-backed companies, and investment funds, often serving as outside general counsel to clients across the technology, consumer goods, and Web3 sectors. With nearly a decade of experience navigating complex business and financing transactions, she delivers practical, business-oriented legal solutions that support growth and innovation at every stage.

Alyssa represents startups, growth companies and the venture capital funds and corporate strategic investors who back them in venture deals, M&A and as outside general counsel to boards and management, with over fifteen years of experience. Prior to her time at Lowenstein Sandler she practiced at Wilson Sonsini. She earned her BA at Yale and her JD from NYU Law.
