We hope you'll join us for our in-person Sip and Social with Lowenstein Sandler’s Women in VC during NY Tech Week on Tuesday, June 3rd from 5 PM - 6 PM ET. This exciting event will be held at Lowenstein Sandler's NYC office and hosted by Leia Galasso and Meredith Beuchaw.
Leia has been representing clients in the startup and venture capital space for over 10 years. She advises early stage and high growth companies in connection with various corporate, strategic and capital raising transactions, and has led clients through hundreds of equity and convertible debt financings.
Meredith has 15+ years of experience leading M&A transactions. Based in our New York office, she represents buyers and sellers of venture and PE-backed companies. Meredith was previously a partner at Cooley. She earned her BA at Dartmouth and her JD from Duke Law (where she has served as a visiting lecturer on venture M&A).
