Join us for the Women in VC: Mentorship Circles Kickoff Event & Cocktail Hour! Join us in person at our Lowenstein Sandler NYC office on Thursday, February 8th from 4 PM - 6 PM ET for our first ever Mentorship Circle event, hosted by Lowenstein's Meredith Beuchaw, Laura Cicirelli, Sam Fox, Sarah Gore, & Sarah Uz.
Meredith has 15+ years of experience leading M&A transactions. Based in our New York office, she represents buyers and sellers of venture and PE-backed companies. Meredith was previously a partner at Cooley. She earned her BA at Dartmouth and her JD from Duke Law (where she has served as a visiting lecturer on venture M&A).
Laurahas been providing legal counsel on an array of corporate transactions for tech startups, venture capitalists, and financial institutions for nearly a decade. Prior to joining Lowenstein, Laura was corporate counsel at an Am Law 10 firm in New York City. Laura is also highly involved in Lowenstein’s Women’s’ Initiative Network.
Sam is based in our New York office, and represents startup companies and investors in connection with venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and general corporate matters. She earned her BA at NYU and her JD from Columbia Law School.
Sarah has more than a decade of experience working in the venture capital space, as both outside counsel and a founder. Based in our Roseland office, Sarah’s practice focuses on representing early to growth stage companies as well as venture capital funds with an array of matters from financings to strategic transactions to general corporate and other matters. Sarah earned her BA at Princeton and her JD at Rutgers Law.
Sara is based in our New York office and focuses her practice on the representation of startups, emerging growth companies, and the venture funds and other investors that invest in them across a range of industries in the technology space. In addition to counseling clients on early-stage investments and venture capital financings, she provides general corporate and strategic guidance through all stages of her clients’ life cycles, from formation to exit.
